Currently sat with scott dj ing a wedding so I am a bit bored and as can update from cool phone with qwerty keyboard now thought I would pass some time. Quite cool actually cos we thought it was gonna be pop abd r&b (whatever that is these days lol) and turns out they're a rock crowd, how cool is that, so actually enjoying it in a way cos the music is good and have sidekick to play with, so all good, if not still in pain with my shoulder that I hurt a few days ago and can't take too many pain killers, cos they knock me out, but hey ho, can take them in about an hour, when we get home.

just incase anyone thought i had dropped of the face of the earth, have decided time to post something. Been off work for 2 bloody months with tendonitis in my left elbow, and my sleep pattern has been majorly fucked up. (so why i havnt posted at 6am when i have been awake and bored i don't know).
Hopefully back to work on friday but will see what doctor says first (obviuosly).
Been a bit all over the place with moods, doctor says borderline depressed but we have decided, not to try anything for a while, must say since the clocks changed, and sun been making regular appearance, feeling much better so with any luck will be leaving pills alone lol.
May be SADs and a little that i cant seem to shift this bloody extra weight i seem to be carrying about.
Still i have my gym membership and love swimming, had to cut out wheat, pork and shellfish as they were making me ill, and this is by no means an easy thing to do, have realised that its not until you really try and find things free of wheat that you realise how bad the UK supply of these things is. Found Waitrose is the best place but as usual in this cases, the stuff i can eat, costs twice the price, there is no 'basic' range in wheat free unfortunately.
May see if the doctor has any ideas cos literally the only thing making me unhappy and depressed, is my weight.
Even got to the point the other night (i say night it was like 5:45am ans still hadnt been to sleep) where i e-mailed Transform for details of surgery (but that idea is almost completely out of my system now, if not for the fact it costs thousands, the recovery, the general pain and the inconvenience).
Had a ex-freind recently contact me, and then nothing, wont reply to text or calls, so he hasnt helped my general state must admit, basically was fine when heard nothing from him for like 18 months, just decided not in my life anymore. I have a new best freind that doesnt cause the turmoil that the ex-freind used to cause regularly, no compulsive lies, no making me feel bad. No my lifes better than yours shit.... So if this ex-freind is reading this (and you know who you are) if you dont want to speak to me, or be in my life, thats fine just stop fucking trying to contact me and be an arse. You have a deadline of the end of April (which would include your birthday towards the end) and if you have not been in touch by 1st May 2007 you can forget it mate, thats it, end of. You can have your crappy existence with whatever lies you want to tell yourself, and the advice you never took from me even though you asked for it and threw it in my face, for all the times i put up when i should have just slapped you silly for being a dick, this is my life, and i will not have it fucked up by people like you that dont respect it. I am here, i am willing to put it in the past (for the 2nd and final time) the clock is ticking ......tick....tock....tick....tock cos after 30th April 2007 thats you out.

 | You scored as Mermaid. Mermaid: Mermaids are also known as Sirens. These creatures were beautiful women who tricked sailors into becoming completely entranced by their haunting voices and found death soon after. Not all stories of Mermaids are about gentle loving sea people. They are mystical, magical, and extremely dangerous. They have a way about them that brings anyone they are around to seem enchanted. They are very mysterious creatures and to meet one... Would mean certain Death. Let the song of the Sea fill your soul, for you are a Mermaid.

| You scored as Egyptian Pantheonic Pagan. You scored as an Egyptian Pagan. With equal draw to both men and women, the Egyptian pantheon is a wealth of ancient stories and forgotten customs. Very seductive to the more cerebral Pagans, devoting oneself to this faith often means being willing to really work on finding out who your Gods were. Never an easy undertaking. Dedicated and insightful, you know you're among good company with those who also understand your Gods.

Not been up to too much recently, planning on a day trip to Nottingham when my car gets mot'd and taxed at the end of the month, and a trip to Alton Towers to have some fun :o)
My car is why i'm skint, had to pay like £230 to get it fixed and that was out of our last £300 a week ago so as you can imagine, the other £70 has gone :o(
